DIPON® DiamondCraft UV Resin ist ein professionelles 1K UV härtendes gelartiges hochtransparentes Harz. DiamondCraft verfügt über eine ausgezeichnete mechanische Widerstandsfähigkeit, eine sehr hohe Härte, sehr gute Schlagfestigkeit, sehr gute Hitzebeständigkeit und beeindruckt durch seine unerreichte UV Beständigkeit und sehr schnelle Aushärtung.
DIPON® Diamond Craft UV Resin is a professional 1K UV curing gel-like highly transparent resin. DiamondCraft has excellent mechanical resistance, very high hardness, very good impact strength, very good heat resistance and impress with its unmatched UV resistance and very fast curing.

Anwendungshinweise:
DIPON® DiamondCraft UV Resin vor Benutzung auf mind. 20°C z.B. mittels zehnminütigen Wasserbad bei ca. 45-60°C erwärmen, ideal ist eine finale Materialtemperatur von ca. 25°C für bestmögliche selbstständige Entlüftung. DIPON® DiamondCraft UV Resin langsam aus der Flasche pressen um eine übermäßige Bläschenbildung zu vermeiden. ACHTUNG: Material in Originalflasche aufbewahren und vor direkter UV Strahlung schützen. Die max. getestete Gusshöhe beträgt 2 cm (20 mm). DIPON® DiamondCraft UV Resin sollte nicht mit Lösungsmitteln vermischt werden, da diese durch die Hitzeentwicklung während des Aushärtungsprozesses irreparable Schäden am Werkstück nehmen und Gesundheitsschädliche Gase entstehen können. Das Werkstück kann je nach UV Einstrahlung und Lampenstärke zunächst leicht gelblich wirken was ich nach vollständiger Abkühlung in ein Diamantklares Erscheinungsbild wandelt. Zeitangaben UV Lampe 9w-36w: ca. 90-180 Sekunden je nach Lampenleistung, diverse Vorversuche notwendig da je nach Hersteller die Leistung abweichen kann. Optional ist es möglich das Werkstück am Tageslicht aushärten zu lassen.
Hinweise bei deckenden Farben: Bei deckenden Farben ist es notwendig das Material in mehreren Schichten zu gießen und u.U. auch die Rückseite zu bestrahlen. Das Material härtet durch UV Strahlung aus, dies ist bei opaquen d.h. deckenden Farben kaum möglich.
How to use:
DIPON® DiamondCraft UV Resin is ready-mixed and should be warmed up to at least 20°C (recommended 25°C) before use to promote its self-venting ability. DIPON® DiamondCraft UV Resin should be warmed up to at least 20°C before use, e.g. by means of a ten-minute water bath at approx. 45-60°C, 25°C is an ideal final product temperature to promote its self venting properties. Press DIPON® DiamondCraft UV Resin slowly out of the bottle to avoid excessive bubble formation. ATTENTION: Store material in original bottle and protect from direct UV radiation. The max. tested casting height is 2 cm (20 mm). DIPON® DiamondCraft UV Resin should not be mixed with solvents, as these can cause irreparable damage to the workpiece due to the heat generated during the curing process and can produce gases that are harmful to health. Depending on the UV radiation and lamp intensity, the workpiece may initially have a slightly yellowish appearance, which changes to a diamond-clear appearance after complete cooling. Time specifications UV lamp 9w-36w: approx. 90-180 seconds depending on lamp power, various preliminary tests necessary as the power can vary depending on the manufacturer. Optionally, it is possible to cure the workpiece in daylight.
Notes for opaque colours: With opaque colours it is necessary to cast the material in several layers and possibly also to irradiate the reverse side. The material hardens through UV radiation, which is hardly possible with opaque colours.

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?
