Casting Modell Plaster 80+ - Premium Modellgips zum Gießen & Modellieren in Museumsqualität.

I. Produktbeschreibung

DE: DIPON® Casting Modell Plaster 80+ ist ein besonders hochwertiges feinstgemahlenes Modell- und Gießpulver in Museumsqualität und u.a. einsetzbar für kreative Arbeiten der höchsten Güteklasse. DIPON® Casting Modell Plaster 80+ ist schadstofffrei, lebensmittelneutral, lufthärtend, geruchslos  und daher auch hervorragend für das Arbeiten mit Kindern geeignet. Sein Weißheitsgrad mit >80 sorgt für weiße Gussstücke ohne zusätzliche optionale Zugabe von DIPON® Aqua Blends (Wasserbasierende VOC freie Abtönkonzentrate).

Optional ist es möglich mittels DIPON® Aqua Blends DIPON® Casting Modell Plaster 80+ in den gewünschten Farbton, ob hell oder dunkel einzufärben.

DIPON® Casting Modell Plaster 80+ ist ökologisch unbedenklich, ungiftig, nicht toxisch, frei von sämtlichen ätzenden Zusätzen sowie 100 % Formaldehyd- und Lösungsmittelfrei. DIPON® Casting Modell Plaster 80+ besticht durch seine schnelle Aushärtung von ca. 20 Minuten, sehr gute Verarbeitungszeit von ca. 10 Minuten, seine sehr gute Stabilität und Hervorragende Entlüftung. Nach etwa 30 - 40 Minuten ist es möglich das fertige Objekt vorsichtig aus der Form zu nehmen und für eine mögliche Weiterverarbeitung vorzubereiten. Eine Weiterverarbeitung kann nach etwa 36-48 Stunden bereits erfolgen, allerdings nicht bevor das Gussstück vollständig ausgetrocknet ist.

Das Produkt ist für kreatives Arbeiten im Hobby- und Profibereich bestimmt, z.B. für Lehre und Forschung, handwerkliche und künstlerische Reproduktions-, Stuck- und Antragarbeiten, Modell- und Formenbau oder Restaurierungsarbeiten im Innenbereich. DIPON® Casting Modell Plaster 80+ kann mit u.a. Epoxid- oder Polyurethanharzen, Varnishes oder Acrylfarben überstrichen werden. Das Mischungsverhältnis von DIPON® Casting Modell Plaster 80+ beträgt zum Modellieren 100 Gramm Casting Modell Plaster 80+ sowie 50-60 Gramm Wasser. Zum Gießen wird ein Mischungsverhältnis von 100 Gramm DIPON® Casting Modell Plaster 80+ und 65-70 Gramm Wasser empfohlen.

II. Anwendung

Nur Rostfreie Werkzeuge verwenden und nach Gebrauch umgehend mit Wasser reinigen. Die Umgebungstemperatur sollte 4°C nicht unterschreiten. Benötigte Wassermenge vorbereiten und DIPON® Casting Modell Plaster 80+ langsam einstreuen und im Wasser einsickern lassen. Nach etwa 90 bis 120 Sekunden ordentlich ca. 2 bis 4 Minuten verrühren, bis eine homogene gleichmäßige Masse entsteht. Vorhandene Luftbläschen, welche bei der Vermengung entstanden sind durch Schütteln, Klopfen oder Rütteln an die Oberfläche steigen lassen. Es ist empfehlenswert die Gussform vorab mit dem Casting Modell Plaster 80+ z.B. mit einem Pinsel einstreichen, um auch schwer zugängliche Stellen zu erreichen sowie Lufteinschlüsse zu reduzieren. Das Gussstück benötigt zur vollständigen Austrocknung ca. 24 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur. Das Gussstück kann bereits nach ca. 30-60 min. aus der Form genommen werden. Hierbei ist allerdings Vorsicht geboten, da das Material noch trocknet und feucht sein kann, zudem ist der Härtegrad noch nicht erreicht. Der Weißheitsgrad erhöht sich mit zunehmender Austrocknung. Achtung: Nicht in die Toilette oder andere Abflüsse gießen - Verstopfungsgefahr! Pulver nicht einatmen oder verschlucken. 

Mischungsverhältnis: Je nach Mischungsverhältnis kann eine cremige oder eine fließfähige Konsistenz erzielt werden.

EN/UK: DIPON® Casting Modell Plaster 80+ is a particularly high-quality, finely ground model and casting powder in museum quality and can be used, among other things, for creative work of the highest quality. DIPON® Casting Modell Plaster 80+ is free of harmful substances, food-neutral, air-hardening, odourless and therefore also excellently suited for working with children. Its whiteness level of >80 ensures white castings without the additional optional addition of DIPON® Aqua Blends (water-based VOC-free tinting concentrates).

Optionally, DIPON® Aqua Blends can be used to colour DIPON® Casting Modell Plaster 80+ to the desired shade, whether light or dark.

DIPON® Casting Modell Plaster 80+ is ecologically harmless, non-toxic, free of all corrosive additives and 100 % formaldehyde and solvent-free. DIPON® Casting Modell Plaster 80+ impresses with its fast curing time of approx. 20 minutes, very good working time of approx. 10 minutes, its very good stability and excellent deaeration. After about 30 - 40 minutes it is possible to carefully remove the finished object from the mould and prepare it for possible further processing. Further processing can already take place after about 36-48 hours, but not before the casting is completely dry.

The product is intended for creative work in the hobby and professional sector, e.g. for teaching and research, craft and artistic reproduction, stucco and application work, model and mould making or interior restoration work. DIPON® Casting Modell Plaster 80+ can be overpainted with epoxy or polyurethane resins, varnishes or acrylic paints, among others. The mixing ratio of DIPON® Casting Modell Plaster 80+ for modelling is 100 grams of Casting Modell Plaster 80+ and 50-60 grams of water. For casting, a mixing ratio of 100 grams of DIPON® Casting Modell Plaster 80+ and 65-70 grams of water is recommended.

II. How to Use

Application: Use only stainless tools and clean with water immediately after use. The ambient temperature should not fall below 4°C. Prepare the required amount of water and slowly sprinkle in DIPON® Casting Modell Plaster 80+ and allow it to seep into the water. After approx. 90 to 120 seconds, mix thoroughly for approx. 2 to 4 minutes until a homogeneous, even mass is obtained. Shake, tap or shake any air bubbles that may have formed during mixing until they rise to the surface. It is advisable to coat the mould with Casting Modell Plaster 80+ in advance, e.g. with a brush, in order to reach hard-to-reach areas and to reduce air pockets. The casting needs approx. 24 hours at room temperature to dry out completely. The casting can be removed from the mould after approx. 30-60 minutes. However, caution is advised here, as the material is still drying and may be moist, and the degree of hardness has not yet been reached. The degree of whiteness increases as the material dries out. Caution: Do not pour into the toilet or other drains - risk of blockage! Do not inhale or swallow powder.

Mixing ratio: Depending on the mixing ratio, a creamy or a flowable consistency can be achieved.
